  I came here yesterday unintentionally i haven't eaten john Smith in years as i walked in i noticed the place was extra clean just lime all the locations i was going to get a steak bomb when i saw a try our lemon pepper sub anybody that knows me know i am a lover of lemon pepper so i ordered foot long of course duuh with fries and drink it was on the expensive side a lil over 15 bucks thats the only knock the chicken was soooo juicy and the lemon pepper was a great compliment to the perfectly grilled chicken breast the fries was nice a crispy with a slight snap just like fries should be the guy even brought out my order to the table on a tray as if i was a five star guest i would say i will be back

  This location was actually my very first job!
  
  Not very many available seats for dine-in.
  Carry-out & Catering options are available.
  
  Always playing country music in the dining-room for customers. The dining-room ambiance is very "ninety's," with "picnic-styled" tables, and neon lights with wood everywhere. I absolutely love it.
  
  I always order a cajun-grilled chicken sub with onions, peppers & jalapenõs on whole-wheat bread. (it doesn't come with lettuce, so you have to ask for lettuce)
  
  They have coke products, iced-tea and assorted fruit juices available.
  
  Definitely one of my top-3 favorite submarine sandwich restaurants in West Palm Beach.

  Subs are excellent IMO I like how many hot options they have. I typically go with one of the grilled chicken subs. My two favorites are the teriyaki chicken (no mayo) and the Cajun chicken which has a good spice to it. Bread was really soft and seemed fresh and everything is cooked to order.
  
  Prices are waaaaay high tho and tho a good size the large isn't big enough to justify the cost. (15$ and change for a md fries md drink and large sub)
  
  Fries were good and reminded me of McDonald's.
  
  Also loved that they had different hot sauces at the table my personal fav is chipotle
  
  Customer service good too. This place would be 4-5 stars for me if it wasn't for the price

  Ok so this is a love hate place. First off I been here 3 times as I work 12 hrs with no lunch and it's close by. The first sub I had was the gator it's pretty good but not to great wasn't a big fan for then piece, the sauce was good tho. Next I had the teriyaki chicken it's very good but portion inside is small not very filling. Today I had the bbq bacon steak. The steak is fatty and has no taste, the bbq sauce they use is very low quality taste like hot sauce mixed with  ketchup. The fries are good but they claim they are  fresh cut to which is a lie,the look like standard frozen fast good fries. The chicken is good that's about it. And they have Juice options instead of just soda which I enjoy, overall it's a decent 3 star but I didn't enjoy the steak at all and they say they are famous for it, Miami subs has a better steak then here.

  Everything we've eaten is Excellent, the Owners are Great !!!! We don't go anywhere else for Our Sandwiches, Come by and see for Urself !!
